Chick-fil-A tests new menu items in four cities

Date:

(KSWB/KUSI) — Chick-fil-A has begun testing new menu items in four cities across the country, including both coasts.

The company is known for its chicken sandwiches, but the new menu items are ice cream-based: Icedream Spin and Icedream Float.

The first item features the company’s Icedream dessert with a customer’s choice of soda, and the second item is described as a classic float with a customer’s choice of soda and a swirl of Icedream dessert.

The items began testing at certain locations on Monday, March 17 in San Diego, Salt Lake City, Chicago and Tampa.

Customers can check with local restaurants or the Chick-fil-A app to confirm where to find the new items.

Also launching on Monday, albeit at all locations, is a BBQ bacon sandwich and several pineapple dragonfruit drinks.
